Our refund policy at Peratile Tech is founded on clearly defined steps that strictly abide with industry rules. Our policies are handled with the proper precautions to resolve a variety of claims that result from a variety of demands and business circumstances. Fair assessment procedures are tolerated, and all refund requests are handled according to stringent guidelines to make sure that the judgments are sound and consensual.

This refund policy applies to the conduct of Peratile Tech and its return policy. The actions of companies or individuals that Peratile Tech does not own, manage, or control are not covered by this refund policy, and this includes any third-party service and/or product providers who are bound by contracts with Peratile Tech as well as any third-party websites to which Peratile Tech links.

WHEN IS A REFUND AVAILABLE?

We try to find the best resolution when you contact Peratile Tech with a complaint. The technical staff is the first to hear about your situation, and the panel of experts is then informed of it. Only in extreme circumstances, when there is no other option to fix the issue, are refunds offered.

We employ several conditions to evaluate the case's legitimacy and soundness before formulating preparations for reimbursements. If these conditions are satisfied, a refund can be given.

  • Development and post-sale operations have not yet started.
  • Correcting, resolving, or correcting the project's issues is not possible.
  • Our payment policies have not been ignored by you.
  • You have not utilized any information for personal or professional gain (gained during the course of association)
  • Your arguments are sufficient, reasonable, and practical, thus you are eligible for a refund trial.
  • Must be able to show inventive UI design and programming skills, as well as knowledge of the elements that contribute to an app's appeal and addictiveness.
  • All of the supporting documentation for your request for a refund has been supplied by you.
  • The claim has nothing to do with any billing issues that your bank or a third-party payment processor may have caused.

If any of the aforementioned terms are found to have been violated, your claim will be ruled invalid. 

Decisions about refunds are made in a final and binding fashion. The approved return request, however, is processed in 5-7 days.
