This refund policy applies to the conduct of Peratile Tech and its return policy. The actions of companies or individuals that Peratile Tech does not own, manage, or control are not covered by this refund policy, and this includes any third-party service and/or product providers who are bound by contracts with Peratile Tech as well as any third-party websites to which Peratile Tech links.
WHEN IS A REFUND AVAILABLE?
We try to find the best resolution when you contact Peratile Tech with a complaint. The technical staff is the first to hear about your situation, and the panel of experts is then informed of it. Only in extreme circumstances, when there is no other option to fix the issue, are refunds offered.
We employ several conditions to evaluate the case's legitimacy and soundness before formulating preparations for reimbursements. If these conditions are satisfied, a refund can be given.
If any of the aforementioned terms are found to have been violated, your claim will be ruled invalid.
Decisions about refunds are made in a final and binding fashion. The approved return request, however, is processed in 5-7 days.
